The professional rehabilitation team of Deer River HealthCare Center provides full time physical, occupational and speech therapies. You may ask your doctor for a referral or contact us directly. We provide therapy for all ages, from problems present at birth to disabilities associated with aging.

Our Physical Therapy team can help you become stronger, improve your coordination, and lessen acute and chronic pain/disabilities. Physical therapy uses a variety of therapeudic techniques including exercise, education, adaptations, plus many other techniques to help regain your maximum mobility and independence.
Our Occupational Therapy team will help you re-gain and enhance your independence. Occupational therapy strengthens, increases range of motion and adapts tools to assist you in completing daily tasks such as getting dressed, cooking and being safe. We offer work conditioning, functional capacity evaluations (FCE's), and other testing/adaptive measures to help you return to work.
Our Speech Therapist is skilled in treating problems with speech, language, hearing, cognition or thinking skills, and swallowing. People of all ages (birth and up) can improve their ability for communication, strength, and safety for swallowing. more ->
