Mary Shideler, Internationally Certified Massage Therapist, is a life long resident of the Grand Rapids, MN area. She has traveled and worked worldwide and is an active member of the local business community.

Mary completed her Bachelor of Science Degree at Moorhead State University and Massage Therapist Certification at the Health Enrichment Center in Lapeer, MI. At the Health Enrichment Center she completed over 1600 hours of training in a wide variety of techniques, as well as student taught. Mary has been in business providing quality professional Massage Therapy services, classes and workshops since 1991.

Depending on the group, workshops include what massage therapy is, the different types, styles and techniques along with the benefits of Therapeutic Massage. Self-help and stress reduction techniques with audience participation, and simple activities for whole brain learning may also be incorporated. Questions are always welcome.
